We are glad you would like to list your property on SbowlRentals.com. It is so simple to do.
But here is a step-by-step guide to help you.
First you need to "Register" on the main page just below the Login box. Accept the disclaimer.
Enter your name (this is your username) and a password. Your password again to make sure you
got it right. Enter the Captcha security code from the image. This is to prevent spammers. If
the image is hard to read, just click on the reload image button below the picture.
Okay once you have that you will see that "Registration was successful". Click on the link
to go to the main page. Now that you are registered you will see a new menu item "Add Listing".
Click on "Add Listing" and begin filling out your information for your property rental. When you
are ready to upload or add your pictures, click on "upload images". Here you will get a box pop
up which will allow you to upload (send to the website) one picture or many at one time. You will
see standard (one picture at a time) or batch for multiple at one time. Click "Browse" and
navigate to where your picture files are on your computer. Select the file or files and click
"Open".
Now click on the "Upload" button. Wait until the file or files upload. You will begin to see the
files listed in the window. The system will automatically resize them for you. Look below in the
pop up window. You will see "Article files" and below this you will see the picture or pictures
you uploaded. To the right of that you will see [original [Viewing] the size and a check box.
Click on the checkbox or checkboxes and the pictures you uploaded and click the "Insert" button directly
below that on the right side. This will insert the code for the pictures into your listing.
Once that is done close the popup window.
Now you are back to your listing. Continue filling out as much as possible for your listing. The
more information the better. A potential renter wants to get as much information as possible and
you want your listing to stand out.
If you spoke with a sales person, please add their code in the "Promotion code" box.
Click "Submit" and you are finished. Follow the page to Paypal for payment.
After payment is received your listing will be put online within 24 hours by a staff person.
Definition of listings. Residential listing, residential showcase and corporate showcase are
three different categories. Choose the category you want your listing to be published in.
Gold listing is in addition to your listing. A gold listing will add a thumbnail (picture) of your
property on the front page for maximum exposure. There are 10 places for gold listings. If
these are all filled gold listings will rotate on every page refresh or new visitor that comes to
